This mixing equipment is used for mixing of high viscosity material, it adopts the biaxial design which is concentric but rotating in the opposite direction. The external frame impeller rotates clockwise, while the internal impeller rotates counterclockwise. Two different direction of rotation can guarantee high viscosity material producing flip up and down without dead angle . The external frame impeller has a scraper, it can strike off the material which is adhered to the tank wall to avoid that the metamorphism of the material which is long time adhered to the tank wall may influence the quality of the products. The equipment mixing seal adopts mechanical seal, it can be used in the vacuum state. All equipments have garden arc for smooth transition inside , it can ensure that the equipment is easy to clean without dead angle. |
